Whakatōhea Iwi

Whakatōhea Māori Trust Board is responsible for managing the current Iwi assets and was established in 1952.


The Trust Board has thousands of voting members enrolled on its tribal database and actively communicates with its members via their Website, Social Media, E- Pānui, and Hapū Reports.

Scholarships
The Whakatōhea Māori Trust Board scholarships are open to those who whakapapa to Whakatōhea and are registered with the Whakatōhea Database.
These are open to those at Undergraduate, and Postgraduate study levels.

Undergraduate

Postgraduate

Postgraduate applications must be received by

Tuesday, 30 Paengawhāwhā (April), 2024 by 4:00pm.
